[Properties]
Effective temperation:    55-100ºC, optimum temperation: 80-97ºC
The enzyme still remains activity at 100ºC. The sudden temperature up to 105-110ºC on spray liquefaction.
Effective PH: 4.3-8.0,optimum PH:5.2-6.5
 
 
[Application]
In  brewing  beer,  add  enzyme  in  one  bath  in  the  rate  of  0.3L/T  for  20000u/ml,  raise  the temperature to 92-97ºC, keep for 20-30 minutes.
In manufacture of alcohol, add enzyme in the rate of 0.3L/T for 20000u/ml at PH 6.0-6.5.
In textile desizing, the recommend optimum dosage are: immersion method dosage : 2.0-6.0g(ml)/L, PH6.0-7.0,at 85-95ºC, for 20-40minutes.
Continuous steam method dosage : 4.0-10.0g(ml)/L, PH6.0-7.0,at 95-105ºC, for 10-15minutes. This is base on 20000U/ml.
 
 
[Packaging & Storage]
Plastic drum is used in liquid type. Plastic bag is used in solid type. Should be stored in a dry place with temperature between 5-35ºC.
