Application
How can we achieve drying without elevated heating of the insulation material for transformers?

Drying of insulation materials can be achieved at low temperature and low pressure levels. The pressure levels and temperature levels for drying vary for distinct material. At low pressure or under vacuum the rate of water vapour evaporation is accelerated if sufficient heat is provided to the insulation material. Thus we can achieve a good drying of insulating material if the material is suitably heated and subjected to vacuum.

New Technology External Port Design Single Stage Transformer Oil Purifier System is specially designed for purification of aging transformer oil, mutual inductor oil, switch oil, capacitor oil as well as for other electrical insulating liquids. The process maintains the oil's dielectric strength, removes free, soluble water, air gases and particulate matter.

FEATURES:
1. Duplex Stereo film evaporation technology, combined with unique and advanced dewatering, degassing components, can rapidly and effectively separate water, gas from oil.
2. Efficient electric heating system, heating uniformity, less power consumption, safe, and reliable.
3. Double-infrared liquid level sensor, pressure protective system to ensure the machine operation easy and safely.
4. Adopts interlocked protective system, which connect oil pump, heater and liquid level sensor, avoiding blank heating, blank pumping, oil leak and electricity leak. If there is any fault, machine will be power off automatically.
5. Working with BZ insulating oil regeneration device to decolor (remove acid, oxide, free carbon) and lower dielectric loss, making the treated oil more limpidity.
6. Eliminates water, gas and impurities effectively by utilizing the unique technology of 3D Stereo-Evaporation, hence improve the voltage withstand strength and the quality of oil, which ensures a safe operation of power generation equipment.
7. It can inject the insulation oil into the transformer devices, and has the function of electrification online operation.
8. This machine has the advantages of small size, high efficiency and easy to move, so it is convenient to operate at various sites.
9. Adopts double infrared liquid control automatically system to control inlet and outlet the oil smoothly.
