APPLICATION:
It has benn recognized that good maintenance can extend the service life of transformer oil and save a lot of cost. Purification of the electrical insulating fluids within the transformer is the best way. Moisture, water content, gaseous and solid contaminants can seriously affect the function of electrical insulating fluids as a coolant and insulator. To save your cost, and extend the service time of your transformer, you need to purify the transformer oil.
This specification describes the equipment designed by ASSEN for the processing (degasification, dehydration, filtration and optional de-acidification) of transformer insulating oil. This machine are designed for processing the transformer oil in workshops or in the field, in storage tanks, directly in transformers or within Tap Changers/Circuit Breakers. Purification of oil in transformers can be carried out off-load or on-load depending on customer's preference.

8. This machine can work independently, also it can work with the oil regeneration system that can eliminate the acid, the color and reduce the PH value effectively, then further enhance the insulation value of oil.
