Features :
- Die presses the reinforced polypropylene into chamber plate featuring high intensity, light weight, anticorrosion acid and alkaline resistant, poisonless and smelless;

| Auto Shifting Plate System | Belong to function of discharge of the cake, and the shifting plate manipulator can undraw the plate to delivery after filtering. It can not only improve the efficiency of filtering, but also reduce the labor intensity as well as to decrease the disordered arrangement. |
| vibrating System | Belong to the auxiliary function of discharge the cake that can not be easily discharged. As a result of accessory inclining device, the cake drops off by inclining the steeve at the time of stretching the cloth . |
| Filtrate Leakage Collecting System | Belong to the fitting function, and two rolling plates are installed additionally under the filter plate for coordination. In the process of filtering, the leakage and washing liquid can be feeding into the filter container to avoid the secondary pollution of the cake, and meanwhile the two rolling plate are closed. After filtering, the two rolling plates are opened to discharge the cake, and then coming into a new filtering circle. The leakage collecting system has come to advanced international standards and become more and more popular owing to the advantage of little space possession and reliable cooperation. |
| Conveying Bucket | It is installed under the filter press which belongs to the fitting equipment. The cake will be driving into the collector or conveyor when discharging. |
| Sludge Bucket | It is installed under the filter press which belongs to the fitting equipment. It adopts hydraulic control system to collecting the cake. The bucket will be opened when dropping the cake, accordingly it will be opened while discharge. As to the sticky cake that can hardly be discharged, vibrating device should be installed. |
| Lifting Holder | Lifting holder is applied to lift the filter press. We can make the lifting holder which belongs to fitting equipment according to the customer's request. |
| Cloth Washing System | Cloth washing system can be shifted automatically which belong to fitting equipment. It is installed up to girder of filter press. By reversing the valve, high pressure water (10Mpa) is used to clean the cloth automatically. Among the two structures of washing system, double-edged is better than single-edged as the brush is fixed excessively. The double-edged cloth washing device has already achieved the advanced international standards. |
