1.Product Introduction of Kurkure Snack Processing Line
The kukure snack processing line is a new type of puffing and extruding snack production machine that is different from the traditional process. The kukure snack line uses corn husk as the raw material for the kukure snack, which is extruded and puffed in the extruder, deep-fried in the fryer, filtered out of excess oil in the oil filter and then flavoured in the flavouring cylinder. The length of the strips is adjustable and they can be made in a variety of flavours, including strawberry, matcha and chocolate. They taste crispy and crunchy, and they get better and better as they go along, and they are not greasy at all.
2.Process Flow of Kurkure Snack Processing Line
Mixer→Screw Conveyor→Rotary Head Extruder→Hoister→Separating Drum→Vibrate Feeder→Continuous Fryer→Vibrate De-Oil Machine →Flavoring Machine
The corn grits are moisturized bywater in the flour mixer and fed to the Rotary Head Extruder. In the extruder, due to the rubbing of two rotary plates, the corn grits are squeezed and twisted to curls shapes.The cutting knives can cut them into required length. The Cheetos can be fried in fryer then cooled before flavoring.

The production environment is very clean and the whole line is basically dust-free, so as long as the dust is cleaned from the outside in time, the machine will be very clean and the corn sticks produced will be more secure.
