Usage
This kit is used to quantitatively detect the content of β2 microglobulin in human serum or urine in vitro.
Background of Clinical Indications
It is used for the auxiliary diagnosis of infection, rheumatic disease, decreased excretion caused by kidney injury, dialysis,bone marrow disease, etc. Increased serum β2 microglobulin content is common in patients with renal failure, inflammation,autoimmune disease, chronic hepatitis, diabetes and the elderly; increased urine β2 microglobulin content is common in patients with nephrotic syndrome, pyelonephritis, renal transplant rejection, diabetic nephropathy and kidney dialysis, etc.
