The new block modified hydrophilic silicone finishing agent sc-60742 can be applied to the hydrophilic finishing of all kinds of cotton fabrics: all cotton, cotton/lycra, man-made fiber, viscose fiber, polyester / cotton, nylon / cotton blended yarn, etc., which can give the fabric a soft and smooth handle style, give the fabric good hydrophilicity, and have a certain effect of deepening and brightening the color and luster of the fabric.

[Product characteristics]
1. It does not affect the hydrophilic properties of pure cotton and its blended fabric, and can give the fabric good hydrophilic effect.
2. high stability characteristics ensure the stability of the emulsion in high shear and wide pH range.
There is no silicone oil sticking to the roller, sticking to the cylinder, floating oil and demulsification.
3. Good stability, high temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance, electrolyte resistance, easy to use.
4. Provide superior soft elastic and full handle finishing effect.
5. Very low yellowing: suitable for white or light colored fabrics.
6. Excellent darkening and brightening effect. It has remarkable darkening effect on reactive black and sulfur black, effectively improving the dyeing depth and saving the amount of dye used.
7. Good storage without yellowing.

[Usage]
1. Recommended process
Padding method: 30 ~ 80g / L, pre-drying at 120ºC, heat setting at 150ºC ~ 180ºC for 50 seconds.
(the specific process can be adjusted according to the sample)
2. It can be used with other softeners to obtain special handle style. Please do compatibility test before use.

[Notes]
1. Please mix well before use.
2. Please do not expose it in the air for a long time, and cover it in time after use.
3. After the best deadline does not mean that the product is no longer applicable. Performance testing should be carried out before use to ensure that the product is no longer applicable.

[packaging and storage]
120kg / drum plastic drum (lined with plastic bags);
