Pultrusion process is a machanized process for FRP composites,involves pulling a collection of fibres in the form of roving,mat or fabric through a resin bath and then through a heated die to cure the resin and then take shape of profiles


Pultrusion is a continuous process, in which the reinforcing fibres are impregnated with a thermoset resin.
After the impregnation with resin the fibres are led into the heated tool according to the shape of the profile. In the tool the profile is cured and then pulled out and cut to the required lengths.
FRP pultrusion I Beam H beam is ideal for many applications for the high resistance to corrosion and light weight for easy installation.
