Filler masterbatch details
CaCO3 filler masterbatch adopts CaCO3 as the main component, with CaCO3 content of 70-80%, pe/pp as carrier, mixed with paraffin wax and other additives, the mesh of CaCO3 is determined by customer's use effect, generally 800 ~6000 mesh.This product is pure white granular material, and can be flexibly prepared to produce all kinds of color products. It contains antioxidants and aging resistant agents, which can prolong the service life of the products.
Highly automated workshops, non-manual raw materials transmission, mechanizied & accurate production process operation, automated product packaging way, in order to provide every masterbatch pellet with the most solid quality.
