M550 use Infineon IGBT module from 11kw , Chinese brand IGBT module from 0.75kw to 7.5kw.
M300 use Chinese brand IGBT module from 0.75kw to 37kw.

Simplified terminals for M300 series
For M300, 3 digital inputs, 1 analong input and 1 relay ouput, No digital ouputs and or analog outputs , no built-in brake unit, RS485 is opitonal.
Profound terminals for M550 series
For M550, 5 digital inputs, 2 digital inputs, 2 digital outputs , 2 relay outputs and 2 analog outputs, built-in brake unit for 0.75kw to 22kw, RS485 is standard.
