Q1: How can I get your latest product and price list?
A1: Please provide your contact information (Such as Email, Whatsapp, Skype, Trademanager, Wechat) to us. We will contact you and send our quotation to you as soon as possible.

Q2: Who could provide the Warranty Service?
A2: If it is within the warranty period, the original factory of the miners will be responsible for it. If it is out of warranty, we will provide paid maintenance service.

Q3: How can you guarantee the quality of used/second-hand machines?
A3: If the machine used one which is out of warranty, we will test each one before shipment to ensure its function well. 

Q4: How about the payment?
A4: We mainly support T/T bank transfer, Credit Card, Crypto payments like BTC, USDT, ETH also acceptable.

Q5: What are your shipping methods?
A5: We use UPS, DHL, FedEx, or the shipping agent as your request.
Q6:How about your delivery time?
A6:The brand-new machine has in stock so that it will take only  1 to 3 days to send the machine after receiving your payment.
     For the second-hand machine, it will take 5 to 7 days to send the machine after receiving your payment.
