China Cordierite Mullite Alumina Corundum Honeycomb Ceramic Heater Regenerator, Find details about China Cordierite Ceramic Honeycomb, Alumina Honeycomb Ceramic from Cordierite Mullite Alumina Corundum Honeycomb Ceramic Heater Regenerator
Ceramic Honeycomb Heater Description:
Honeycomb ceramic is composed of countless equal holes for enamelling machine in catalyst to save heat. The structure of it is like honeycomb shape and it is a kind of new ceramic products. The biggest hole number of it has reached 20~40 per square centimeter, the density is 4~6 grams per cubic centimeter and the water absorption rate is above 20%.
Porous Cordierite Honeycomb Monolith
Ceramic honeycomb used for RTO application
Cordierite is a magnesium alumina silicate material, which has very low linear expansion, low coefficient of thermal expansion and excellent resistance to thermal shock. Cordierite also offers an excellent range of mechanical strength, porosity criteria, and excels in cost-effective extruded and dry-pressed forms.
Cordierite Honeycomb Monoliths are divided into two types: porous type and compact type.
Application:
Widely used in chemical industry, electric power industry, metallurgy industry, petroleum industry, electronics industry, machinery industry, etc. The development prospect is considerable.
Features:
1.High strength.
2.High temperature resistance.
3.Corrosion resistance.
4.Wear resistance.
5.Good thermal conductivity.
6.Environmentally friendly.
