Our QC team will do strict quality control inspection before shipment to assure best quality.

Q2.Can you do OEM & ODM?
Yes, we do OEM & ODM orders. Just give us your design. We will make samples for you soon.

Q3.What is the packaging for your product?
Our product have retail packaging with good quality, and we also can do customized packaging for our OEM customer. Please contact us and inform the packing details you like. Thanks.

Q4.Can i get a sample from you for quality checking?
For make to stock products, yes, samples are available.
For make to order sample, we need around 3-5 days to produce it.

Q5.What about the lead time for mass products?
7-10 days after deposit received.

Q6.Are you a trader or factory?
Shenzhen Vtek was found 2014 as a trading company, and we established our factory with 5000sqm work shop since 2016.

Q7.How long can i expect to get the sample i needed?
After we receive the sample charge and confirmed files from you, the samples will be delivery via DHL,UPS,TNT,ETC and arrive in your country in 3-5 days.
