Square Counter Flow Cooling Tower
Counter flow cooling tower is a kind of cooling tower which water and air's flow is inverse,water is from top to bottom through fill in the tower,air is from bottom to top. AOSUA AF series square counter flow cooling tower,specification from 80T to 500T,casing material have FRP and stainless steel plate.According to cooling requirements,standard form (AF series)and high temperature form (AFG series) is optional. Counter flow cooling tower's thermal performance is good,it divide into three cooling sections:
A.The water temperature is high in space between drift eliminator and the top of the fill,so still could transmit heat to the air.
B.Fill,water,air heat transmit sections.
C.Water spray section from fill to catch basin,water cooled here is called drag.

Motor:AOSUA YCCL series three phase asynchronous motor, advantages:efficient,energy-saving,Large starting torque, excellent performance,low noise, slight vibration,high reliability convenient in operation and maintenance and so on.Power class and installation size are in accirding with the IEC standard Fan:Use high quality aluminum alloy cross fan with adjustable angle.Meet customers different requirements for the process like blast capacity.The fan must through strict balance and or ientate before delivery,four leaf forward plate type design, to make the force of every piece is small, Advantages: little vibration, low noise, high efficiency, power saving.

Nozzle:The nozzle is made of ABS plastic one time injection molding with high strength long service life.The nozzle water distribution is uniformity, work pressure is low, widely suitable pressure range and not easy to jam.Because of its locking and anti loosening device,make the connection of it and the water distribution tightly,not shed, ensure long-term safe operation of water distribution system.Under the condition of normal use,the service life of the nozzle is 20 years.
Steel frame:Made of international superior angle iron,high intensity,good durability.All the steel frame through strict hot-dip galvanizing,good preservative effect,high intensity,easy to assemble.
