A:   Yes,we accept to do OEM business. Please send us your logo design, our designer will develop your logo on your shoes order professionally.

Q2:Can you do the sample base on our own design ?
A:Yes, send us your CAD design and tell us your idea.You also can send We can amend to meet your requirements, like Pantone color, brand logo.

Q3:Can I get a sample ?
A:   Yes,the sample fee is USD$50 for a piece, plus the courier fee USD$25. The sample fee can be returned when the production order is placed. Sample lead time: 15 working days.

Q4:What is your payment term ?
A:   We accept both T/T and L/C. If you have any other payment requirements, please leave massage or contact our online salesman directly.

Q5:How do you control the quality of your products ?
A:  We have a professional QC team and own lab to test the quality of the samples and production. If you need testing report,you can tell us what you want when you place the order.

Q6:What is the quality guarantee time ?
A:   All our products are offered 5 month quality gurantee after shipping. If the shoes are broken within 6 month, please contact our salesman.

Q7:What is your MOQ ?
A:  MOQ is 500 pair per color each style.

Q8:When you deliver the shoes after the payment ?
A:  First order is around 60 days after confirm the samples ,repeat order is around 50 days. If there is a special case to cause delay, we will keep your informed of the status and situation in advance then show you our solutions .

Q9:Are you a factory or trading factory ?

A:  We are a shoes factory. Our policy is that bigger quantity, cheaper price.
