II. The main structure with spec
1. Cylinder mold part
1 pc of 1800mm× 2800mm× 3300mm stainless steel mesh cylinder mold, 1 pc of 500mm× 2800mm× 3300mm couch roll, rubber shore hardness 38± 2.
2. Dryer part
1 pc of 2500mm× 2800mm dryer cylinder, 1 pc of 600mm× 2800mm touch roll, rubber shore hardness 90± 2, with pneumatic pressure device. Dryer cylinder with double-deck breathing exhaust hood, steam blade 2 sets.
3. Winding part
1 pc of 900mm× 2800mm winding drum. Reeling paper on drum.
4. Drive section
Alternating current frequency converter speed control, sectional drive.
