1.Pretreatment process and processing methods
Including dry type processing method(such as shot biasting and flame treating);wet type processing method,common process like degreasing,conversion film processing,water cleaning,etc,The choice of spraying method or dipping method is different depending on shape and structure of the workpiece and the hanging conveying method.
2.Spray booth system
It is the key equipment for liquid paint,ln order to adapt to the different shapes of the workpiece,the spray booth has a variety of shapes,and must be thoughtful designed and manufactured to obtain the best technical results.The spray booth system is generally composed of the spray booth,the air supply system ,the paint mist capture device,the circulating water system and the exhaust system.
3.Coating film curing system
The liquuid or powder coating film is changed into a dry and hard coating film.It immerses a convection and thermal radiation. The heating method is electric,natural gas, infrared radiation heater,etc.
4.Conveying system
Among the coating equipment for assembly line production,mechanized conveying is an important item and the technical requirements are extremely high. It directly affects the area of the painting workshop, the space utilization rate and the investment amoumt of the entire project. Conveying equipment includes overhead conveying, ground conveying and cranes.
5.Electronic control systems
The electrical control system can be designed according to the different shapes, production capacities, automation levels, and management methods of the customers, There are strict requirements on the design of the degree of automation, the collection and statistics of information and data, equipment status monitoring, fault diagnosis, tracking and identification of workpieces, and production organization and management.
