Equipment introduction:
Cyclone is the use of fan power, so that the dust gas into the cyclone separator, dust gas flow through the centrifugal plate, centrifugal force, so that large particles of dust with the barrel wall slide to the collection box, to achieve the separation effect; cyclone separator separation efficiency of more than 10 μ m dust can reach more than 95%, cyclone separator is commonly used in large particles or multi-stage dust removal pretreatment system.

Cyclone dust collector has the advantages of simple structure, low cost, convenient installation and maintenance. It is mainly suitable for large dust particles, dry non fiber dust, smelting, casting, sandblasting, building materials, fire resistance and other industries. The dust collector can be divided into single cylinder, double cylinder and multi cylinder combination according to the treatment air volume.

Equipment structure:
The cyclone separator consists of the following components:

1. The cyclone consists of an air inlet pipe
2. Cyclone body
3. Centrifugal disc
4. Ash unloading system
5. It consists of exhaust pipe.

working principle:
Cyclone is a kind of dust removal device. The principle of desilting is to make the dust laden air flow rotate. With the help of centrifugal force, the dust particles are separated from the air flow and trapped on the wall of the device. Then, with the help of gravity, the dust particles fall into the ash hopper.

When the dust laden air flows into the dust collector from the tangent inlet, it is led between the shell of the dust collector and the exhaust pipe, and the air flow rotates in the dust collector to form a downward external swirling flow. The dust particles in the air flow move to the outer wall under the action of centrifugal force, reach the wall, and fall into the ash hopper along the wall under the action of air flow and gravity, and are discharged from the dust discharge hole. So as to achieve the purpose of ash gas separation.

The purified gas forms an internal swirl, rises to the outlet and is discharged through the exhaust pipe.
