Copper clad steel wire (CCS wire)

Specification : 0.08mm-2.5mm

CCS wire use the cladding or plating craft to make copper around the steel coil to create atom bonds between the two metals , it can be process like a single metal, when pulling out, annealing,drawing the copper and steel proportion to the diameter changes, but copper layer remains the same. Due to the high frequency signal has a " hasten skin effect " characteristic , therefore copper coated aluminum wire and copper clad steel wire in the high frequency signal transmission ( more than 5MHz), The conductivity is the same as pure copper wire .
