Formaldehyde-free fixing agent RG-99A
Formaldehyde-free fixing agent RG-99A is multi-amine cationic polymer. It can make up of macromolecular compound with dyes, synchronously combined with fiber, then achieve to improve soaping and rub fastnes of fabrics.

It is mainly used in the acrylic acid binder to increase its color fastness, resistance to washing and friction etc.

Appearance :       rownish red to amber transparent and viscous liquid
Viscosity(cps/25°C):  7000-15000
pH-value :             3-7
Solubility:               can be diluted with water by any ratio
Shelf life :            1 year in closed original containers
Property
1. Has no free formaldehyde or combined formaldehyde, accord to eco request.
2. Can obviously improve soaping and rub fastness of fabrics after fixation.
3. Has no effect on brightness of dye fabrics, basically no effect on color shade.
Application:
Color fixing for dyeing and printing of reactive, direct, sulfur and acid dye.
Application Method
The valid ingredient of the product is about 60%, it can be used direct or after being diluted by ratio of 1:3-1:5 (Action: valid ingredient of routine product inmarket is ≤20%).
 
Immersion method:  Diluted fixation:  0.3-0.8% (o.w.f)
                                pH value:       3.0-7.0
 
Dip padding:   Diluted fixation:    3-5g/L
Action:   The dosagecan be changed according to dark or light of dye fabrics, for dark color, enhanced, and for light, reduced. 
 
Action
Generally, in after finishing process, it can be used with nonionic softening agent.
