We are manufacture

2. Q:What kind of certificates or factory audit do you have?

Certificates: production patent, appearance model patent, utility model patent. 

Factory audit: TESCO, TARGET, WAL-MART, Sedex, BSCI,prepare for WCA.

3. Q:Free samples?

Yes, we will return your sample fee once place official order

4. Q:Do you offer OEM services?

Yes, we provide OEM, just please let me know your color, size and material. 

5. Q:How long will be the lead time for samples and official order?

Sample: around 7 days

Official order: 45-60 days, depends on the qty.

6. Q: What is your payment method?

Paypal, TT( 30% deposit, 70% before delivery)

TT payment, we suggest transfer full amount if one time, otherwise, the bank process handle fee would be very high if you transfer for 2 times.
