JY series steel cable hydraulic cutter consists of oil pump and hydraulic cutter. The oil pump provides power to the hydraulic cutter, the cutter head cuts off the anchor cable. JY series steel cable hydraulic cutter is applied to cutting steel bar, steel cable etc. This product gets further improvement when compare to the original machine, install the protection pipe to avoid the spark from the cutting anchor cable, more safe to use. The advantages of this product are simple but with reliable structure, easy to operate, fast to cut off, light weight and easy to maintain.

Operation Method

    Connect with hydraulic oil pump, opening protective cover, put steel wire to thecutting station, close the protective cover, turn the reversing handle of thepump,loading amputator for cutting steel wire.
    After the steel wire is cut off, stop the pump and turn the reversing handle to themiddle station, remove cut steel wire.
   1.When cutting in the coal mine, you must pour the water on the knife section toprevent the fire damp explosion.
   2. It is prohibited that there are any one standing at the exit of protection tube.
   3.before using,unloading rotate some times for discharging air.
   4.not separate high-speed joint
   5.Replace the hydraulic oil regularly.
   6.not knock the knife head.
