HL-W100 water-based thickener powder is highly purified by montmorillonite clay.The color is beige or light gray, non-toxic and non-irritating. Characteristics

Instruction

Pre-gel method:
Preconditions:high-speed dispersion

HL-W100 water-based thickener should be added slowly into 25~40 °C water under stirring conditions (account for 8%-15% of whole system weight), and then increase the speed to the specified speed (over 1000rpm).Following step is dispersion at high speed for 20~30 minutes to turnHL-W100 water-based thickener into fully swelling andaverage suspension.At last,place the pregel naturally for 10~24 hours. The right side is fully expanded and dispersed evenly.

Add the pregel to the desired system according to dosagewhen it is mixing.

Direct addition method:

The desired dosage is directly added to the water-based system in the state of stirring,then dispersion is performed athigh speed until HL-W100 is sufficiently expanded and dispersed uniformly. It is recommended to use pre-gel method to get better effects.

Dosage
The addition quantity of HL-W100 depends on the type of organics, viscosity and other rheological properties.
The amount of HL-W100accounts for 0.2%-2.0% of the whole system. The optimum dosage should be determined by experiment.

Efficient dispersing equipment and technique can better optimize the performance of HL-W100 with less dosage and more profits.
