A: We are factory and manufacturer.
 
Q2: Where is your factory located? How can I visit your factory?
A: We are located in Wenzhou. It is abt two hours to reach Ningbo or Shanghai port from our factory in China. 
 
Q3:How to place my order?
A: Just contact us via Trade Manager, E-mail, Skype or telephone to confirm the machines, making the deposit then we will start production.
 
Q4 : What is the payment term?
A: 50% TT in advance, 50% TT before delivery after production, or through Alibaba.com.
 
Q5:How long is the production time?
A: About 10 working days.

Q6: First time import, how can I believe that you would send product ? 
A: We are verified company by Alibaba.com to make transaction successful.

Q7: How to ensure that I received the machine undamaged? 
A: Firstly, our package is standard for shipment, we must confirm machines undamaged before delivery, and we've bought insurance for you, we will take the responsibility if machines damaged.

Q8: What after-sales service or any question about products? 
A: All machines enjoy 2 years warranty , you can contact me by mail if any problems, I will reply you as soon as possible.
