Product Introduction

DPBS buffer, Dulbecco's Phosphate-Buffered Saline, is a balanced salt solution widely used in biology and biochemistry research, and its phosphate content is slightly lower than that of conventional PBS buffer. DPBS is mainly used for embryology research and can be used as a rinse, cryopreservation and culture medium for embryos and tissues. Glucose, sodium BT, etc. can be added to DPBS as needed to maintain the basic nutrition of the culture.

Product ingredients: 2.7 mM KCl, 1.5 mM KH2PO4, 137 mM NaCl, 8.0 mM Na2HPO4, pH 7.2-7.8@25°C. Sterilize through 0.1 μm filter.


Storage and transportation

Transport and storage at room temperature, valid for 18 months.


Precautions

1. This product is sterilized through a 0.1 μm filter membrane. Please pay attention to aseptic operation when using it to avoid bacterial contamination.

2. Please wear lab coat and disposable gloves during operation.
