NJP-800C is the third generation of innovative automatic capsule filling machine. NJP-400C has 6 technological innovations and 2 invention patents. It is suitable for filling powder, granules and other materials into hollow capsules (000#, 00#, 0#, 1#, 2#, 3#, 4#, 5#). This automatic capsule filling machine can automatically finish the production process including sowing, filling, capsule separating, locking, unqualified capsule rejected and finished products output. NJP-800C which meets the GMP requirements has the advantages of accurate loading, stable operation and no dust. It is an ideal equipment for filling Chinese, western medicines and any health care product. 
This capsule powder filling machine adopts reasonable design; modular structure leads to easy operation and lower failure rate. The new kind of pneumatic blanking is adopted, which is better for the material with poor fluidity. Segmentation of NJP-800C adapts German Cai Si for 3 seconds (Zeiss) optical dividing head indexing,its indexing shaft completed a one-time processing, loading and high precision.  The error of this njp800 capsule filling machine is less than or equal to 3%.
