Thus,in high temperature condition,feeding material can be push into reactor,then slag discharge out of reactor,meanwhile hydrocarbone can continuously fractionate out of the reactor to achieve completely continuous production of feeding,slag discharge,oil producing in one production line,greatly improving the production efficiency and environmental protection effect.3,Advanced Automatic Decoking Removal TechnologyAt present, the biggest problem for continuous production of rotary reactor is that thick coke will be formed continuously when feeding materials are affected by high temperature in the reactor, which not only makes the reaction unable to proceed, but also damages the equipment quickly.The company invented a series of automatic decoking devices, such as"Plate decoking method";"Shoveling pushing decoking method";"Friction decoking method", etc,which can constantly remove the coke in the reactor to ensure the continuous reaction and greatly extend the life of the equipment, completely solve the problem of materials (especially plastic and liquid raw materials) in the running of reactor.4. Advanced Catalytic Cracking Technology in Low TemperatureGenerally, small and medium-sized enterprises adopt simple heating pyrolysis method for oil refining, and many recombinant fractions higher than the molecular weight of diesel 220 which will fail to be pyrolyzed and cannot be converted into qualified fuel oil.Our company adopts "Precious Oil" series of conversion agents to depolymerize macromolecules and harmful substances in reactor. At the same time, deep cracking agent was used in the special fixed bed catalytic tower to further crack macromolecules and maximaly improve the oil recycling rate. A, For dust, advanced treatment of pulse dust removal or water membrane technology can be used even heating by coals.B, For non-condensable gas (mainly c1-c4), first of all, adsorption and then recycle after chemical reaction by using of chemical raw materials,then to heat reactor ,which is very clean just like burning liquefied gas .C, For the emission of smog by burning of combustible non-condensable gas,On the one hand, the smoke purifier is set up and advanced air floatation and water film technology is adopted to wash the smoke.At the same time, a strong adsorption tower is set up and a highly effective desorption and absorption purifier is added in the tower.The agent has strong adsorption capacity, fast adsorption speed, and desorption speed, easy regeneration. All kinds of pollutants and solid particles in the smoke will be removed. Gas such as H2S, CL2, CO, CO2, SO2, SO3, NOX, CS2, NH3, oil and other organic compounds controlled in a reasonable extents,which can meet the standard of boiler smog emission. The heating method can adopt electromagnetic heating, which can achieve to pyrolysis without flame heating;The non-condensed gas recycled can transfer into heating system itself to support the continuous production.If there is a problem in the system, turn off the heater, the heating source can be cut off instantly to ensure the safety of the system.Double insurance security device and alarm device are installed on the each key parts.
