1,Introduction:
  The machine is precise intermittence motion capsule filling machine. It is suitable to fill powder ,grain and pellet into 0#--5# hard capsule, especial mass production of hard capsule. Through the stages of feeding capsule, detaching capsule, filling, ejecting defective capsule, closing capsule, discharging finished capsule automatically. It has passed the provincial technical appraisal and completely fulfill the "GMP" requirement.



2,Performance and feature:
1). Output is 252000 capsules /hour.
2). SIMENS PLC control and SIMENS tracking system
3). Cantilever type touch screen
4). Detector for lacking of material and capsule
5). Dosing disk use posive pressure sealing device to reduce
power leak
6). Mould cleaning device have blowing and dust collecting Structure .(National patent:ZL2008 2 0083349. 6)
7).  The latest design of dosing disk mould and powder filling device improve power dosing precision.
8). The latest close rotary table .
9). It has passed the invention patent
10). Completely meet the GMP requirement and CE certificate
