Product Description
CS FR PP 210 is a compounded halogen-free intumescent flame retardant containing macromolecular phosphorus-nitrogen structure. It fully complies with EU ROHS environmental protection directives and relevant domestic policies and regulations on halogen-free, low-smoke and green environmental protection of flame retardant materials. It is applied to polypropylene (PP) with 24%~26% and can achieve 1.6mm V0, which has extremely cost effectiveness.

Applications:
1. High flame retardant efficiency, the added amount is 22-26%, which has little effect on the mechanical properties of the material;
2. Good fluidity of the flame retardant, and less influence on the material melting index.

Note:
If stored too long, or become damp. Dry at 80-110ºC for 2-4 hours, and the products can be used.
