General introduction:Type II Collagen (chicken sternal extract) is a kind of polymeric biological substance rich in various amino acids and
complex structure. It only exists in animal bone connective tissue and is the main organic component of cartilage and
joints.The sternal of young chicken aged 4-8 weeks is strictly selected and processed by special deep freeze extraction
process. The finished product is rich in up to 65-70% type II collagen, 20-30% mucopolysaccharide and 1-3% natural
lipids, as well as minerals required for bones such as calcium and magnesium. [1]
