Product Introduction

6×DNA Loading Buffer is a six-fold concentrated DNA loading buffer. It uses bromophenol blue as an indicator. It contains EDTA, glycerol and other ingredients. After being diluted to 1×, it still has a large specific gravity, which can ensure that the DNA sample sinks to a point In the sample hole, the color of bromophenol blue is clear and not diffuse, and the migration rate of the 300 bp double-stranded linear DNA in the agarose gel (0.5-1.4%) is the same.


Storage and transportation

Transport in wet ice; store at 4°C, valid for 12 months.
Instructions for use

Each 5 μL of DNA sample is mixed with 1 μL of 6×DNA Loading Buffer, and added to the spot well of the DNA electrophoresis gel, then electrophoresis can be carried out.


Precautions

1. This product cannot be used as a Loading Buffer for protein gel electrophoresis.
