Product Introduction
Wide Range of Application
MQT Series Pneumatic Roof Bolters, combined with drilling, mixing, fixing, is applicable for roof bolting in coal tunnel, half coal tunnel, and rock tunnel with rock hardness no more than 100MPa.
High Efficiency
Comparing with the regular roof bolters, this newly-designed roof bolter has the weight reduced by 25%, minimum pushing force increased by 20%, motor power increased by 10%, which improved the drilling speed enormously.
Light Weight
The weight of this machine decreased a lot by adopting special composite material that developed independently by our company. The innovative design of fixing sleeve contributes to its compact size. The motor gear is made from carbon fiber material which has less weight, higher transmission efficiency, and lower noise.
Large Motor Power
The new design of transmission structure has the rated power coincided with the maximum power, achieving optimal drilling performance.
High Level of Safety
It is very safe to use in the underground mine as there is no exposed aluminum parts on the machine. It also complies with safety requirement from China and European standards.
Lower Noise
The machine has lower noise by adopting combined dissipative muffler and reactive muffler.
