2.Description

·The equipment is mainly used for recovery of wax in investment casting industry. The waxes treated in the water bucket were injected into the wax storage barrel, and the waxes were kept at about 80ºC by heating the heater and heat conduction oil.

3. Structure description
·The equipment is composed of three layers, the inner barrel is wax storage barrel, welded with stainless steel;The heating layer is in the middle, which is heated by electric heating tube, and heat conduction oil is installed inside as heat transfer medium.The outer layer is the insulation layer. Automatic temperature control is adopted for heating. The temperature is set by the temperature controller. When the temperature reaches the set value, the temperature controller will automatically cut off the power supply of the heater.It will start automatically when the temperature drops.At the same time, the equipment is equipped with a second-level temperature control. If the temperature of thermal oil rises to a certain value (generally about 50ºC higher than the first-level temperature controller) when the control of the first-level temperature controller fails, the second-level temperature control (temperature controller) functions and the power supply of the electric heating tube is cut off to avoid accidents.


4.Operation and Precautions


4.1.Operating sequence

4.1.1.Add heat conducting oil about 120mm from the top;
4.1.2. Set the temperature required by the temperature controller, which is generally about 90ºC;
4.1.3 Set the temperature of the second temperature controller < 150°
4.1.4 Start the heating power, and the heater starts heating and insulation.

4.2.Matters needing attention

4.2.1 Do not overfill the heat conduction oil to avoid overflow during heating;
4.2.2 The thermal oil shall be replaced regularly, usually once a year, and the oil scale and carbon deposition of the heater shall be removed;
4.2.3 Regularly use the paraffin drain pipe below to discharge the waste wax;
4.2.4 The temperature sensor must be immersed in the oil;
4.2.5 Be careful when extracting wax to avoid burns;
