Product descriptions :
The Spring energized seal is a sealing device consisting of a PTFE or other polymer, energized by a corrosion resistant metal spring. When the seal is seated in the gland, the spring is under compression applying force on the gland sealing surfaces thereby creating a tight barrier to prevent gas or fluids from leaking. The spring also provides resiliency to compensate for seal wear, gland misalignment or eccentricity. While spring force provides adequate force for sealing at low pressure, at high pressure the system pressure augments the spring force to provide an even tighter seal. The PTFE Spring energized seal are precision machined from PTFE, filled PTFE and other high performance polymers.

PEEK Spring Energized seals is a spring-energized U-cup utilizing a variety of jacket profiles,
spring types and materials in Rod & Piston,Face and Rotary seal configurations.
Good quality PEEK Spring Energized seals are used where elastomeric seals fail to meet the temperature range, chemical resistance or friction requirements. Jacket profiles are made from PTFE and other high performance polymers.
Spring types are available in corrosion-resistant metal alloys, including stainless steel,
Elgiloy and Hastelloy. Standard Good quality PEEK Spring Energized seals are precision machined to fit inch/fractional and MIL-G-5514 glands.
Standard and custom sizes in multiple geometries are available from 1/8" to 72" diameters. Good quality PEEK Spring Energized seals types : 300 Series Stainless Steel, General purpose spring material for most fluids up to 600 °F. It is recommended to 400 °F in corrosive media.17-7PH Stainless Steel (Helical), 17-7PH exhibits better retention of mechanical properties at temperatures over 400 °F than 300 series stainless steel.Elgiloy (Cantilever and Helical) , NACE approved. Recommended for applications above 500 °F and is corrosion resistant in salt water or severe media.Hastelloy C276 (Canted Coil and Helical), Resistant in severely corrosive or milder fluids when temperatures exceed 400 °F.Walle have many years production experience and industry field application experience, we aimed at the different harsh sealing environments and developed various of materials suitable for applications. Improving all customers profit and saving all customers cost. Walle automatic production equipments and advanced testing equipments provide a strong guarantee for the manufacture of high quality PEEK Spring Energized seals products.
