    Carbon fiber composite autoclave have a whole heating and pressure system,which is the machine widely used for manufacture aviation composite parts,car parts,airplane and etc new industry products .Since autoclave belongs to pressure vessel,the common structure is a cylinder ,with one side have open door device,another side hermetic,that can supply temperature and pressure to composite parts cure and compaction.One of the main advantages of the autoclave is that it is suitable for the production of a variety of materials. As long as the curing cycle, pressure and temperature are within the limits of the autoclave, the composite material can be produced.Another advantage of the autoclave is its flexibility to pressurize composite parts.Usually the parts are placed on one side of the mold, and then put into a vacuum bag, and pressure is applied to the parts to make them close to the mold. The pressure on the parts is further strengthened by vacuuming the inside of the bag.Therefore, the autoclave molding technology can produce composite parts with different shapes.As its usage ,autoclave can be divided into composite autoclave, vacuum autoclave, carbon fiber autoclave, high temperature and high pressure autoclave, aerospace autoclave, sporting goods autoclave, car parts autoclave, experiment autoclave, etc .As its working size,it can be divided into large size and small size autoclave.Until now ,the marketcommon composite autoclave pressure between 0.1-2Mpa,temperature between 100ºC and 400ºC,diameter the highest can reach 4m,length 12m.
