DPBS Buffer with Ca Mg Ions for Embryo

Product introduction:

DPBS buffer, Dulbecco's Phosphate-Buffered Saline, is a balanced salt solution widely used in biology and biochemistry research, and its phosphate content is slightly lower than that of conventional PBS buffer. DPBS is mainly used for embryology research and can be used as a rinse, cryopreservation and culture medium for embryos and tissues. Glucose, sodium pyruvate, etc. can be added to DPBS as needed to maintain the basic nutrients of the culture.

This product contains calcium and magnesium ions and does not contain pheol red.

Product ingredients: 2.68 mM KCl, 1.47 mM KH2PO4, 137 mM NaCl, 8.0 mM Na2HPO4, 0.9 mM CaCl2, 0.49 mM MgCl2, pH 7.2-7.8@25°C. Sterilize through 0.1 μm filter.
