A: Lower the printer speed, adjust the correct distance of label before start printing.

2. I can not put the roll to the printer.
A:Check the core size & maximum diameter of printer first.

3. Why the label not show the color & content after printing?
A: Confirm your printer is inkjet printer(require ribbon to print) or thermal printer (heat sensitive), you can advise us the print
brand and item then choose the suitable material.

4.Why is the content that I print looks not clear & fuzzy?
A: Use alcohol prep pad to wipe the printer head & the dust inside of machine first.
 
5: What is your payment terms?
A: T/T, Western union, paypal, etc.
 
6: What is your lead time?
A: 7-10 days for 1x20ft container after 30% deposit being paid.
