2. Ceiling concealed fan coil brief description
Fan coil units are referred to as fan coils. It is one of the end devices of an air conditioning system consisting of a small fan, a motor and a coil (air heat exchanger). When the chilled water or hot water flows through the coil pipe, heat is exchanged with the air outside the pipe, the air is cooled, and the indoor air parameters are adjusted by dehumidifying or heating. It is a commonly used cooling and heating terminal device.

Heating capacity: 2.7KW to 18.9KW
Air flow: 200 CFM to 1400 CFM
3. Ceiling concealed fan coil unit main components
(1)Casing
Panels and frame are made of galvanized steel, properly punched for fixing both accessories and the unit itself, either to wall (vertical version) or ceiling(horizontal version).
(2)Cooling/Heating Coil
The coils are made of seamless tubes expanded into aluminum fins in continuous block. The connections have brass headers with female fittings and provided with easily.
accessible vent and drainage valve.
(3)Fan deck
The fan decks are composed of double suction centrifugal fans with metal impellers and 3-speed fan motors. Each fan motor assembly is dynamically balanced.
(4)Filter
The easily removable filter is made of filtering honeycomb polypropylene fabric and supported by an aluminum or plastic frame.
(5)Drip tray
The drip trays are made from sheet metal treated with polyester powder coating to ensure total resistance to atmospheric agents. The "L" type tray makes the units suitable for both vertical and horizontal installation.
(6)Electrical connection box
All electric wires are connected to enclosed electrical terminal block, can be situated on the opposite side to the water connections.

9. Fan coil unit package and delivery
For bulk order, our standard package is carton packing for fan coil, for safe delivery and easy to load/unload, we will stack several layers together with plastic film and packing straps tightly onto the plywood or plastic pallets.
For sample order, we generally use plywood box or honeycomb cardboard to protect.

(1) Air duct must be fireproof regulations for buildings.
(2) For horizontal air supply, N≥150 MM; if air duct is longer than 1 m, N≥200 mm.
(3) Size of M depends on air duct installation. Pressure loss of circulatory air must be consistent with outlet static pressure of the unit.
