Working Principle Introduction

TMY15QD series starting vane air motor is a starting device, adopting compressed air as its power to start diesel engine.This series motor adopts pre-engaged connecting style to start the diesel engine, which is much more stable and reliable. This TMY15QD series motor includes TMY15QDCY,TMY15QDEY and other products.

1.The driving parts adopts double impellers instead of vanes, fully utilizing air energy, with higher output power and higher efficiency.
2.Compact in size, light in weight, high rotation speed, high torque, capable to start with load.
3.Concise in structure, low maintenance, with no stickiness, swelling, wearing as vanes, free of lubrication oil and oil pollution harm to environment.
4. Stable under inflammable, expensive, outdoor, wet, damp and other extremely conditions.
5.Output gear wheel of this motor first pre-engages with gear ring of diesel engine and then works.
