1. Unpackage the Smoker Tube and wash with warm soapy water. Rinse well and allow it to dry thoroughly before use.
2. Remove one end of the Smoker Tube and fill all the way with your selected flavor of soaked or unsoaked wood chips, pellets, or shavings. Make sure that these are from trusted sources that ensure the use of completely untreated wood.
3. Before turning on your grill, remove the cooking grids and place the fill tube on the sear plates. Replace the cooking grids.
4. Light the barbecue ensuring that the burner below the pellet smoker tube is on. Preheat the grill to your desired temperature.
5. Best used for cooks of 30 minutes or more, grill the meal you are preparing as you normally would, keeping the lid down as much as possible for best results in smoke flavor.
6. Do not remove the spent tube from the grill until it is completely cool, or if needed, use heat resistant gloves to handle anything that is hot to the touch.
