The Automatic Wide Temperature Range Dropping Point Tester for Lubricating Greases is designed and manufactured strictly according to National Standard GB/T 3498 and ASTM D2265 Standard Test Method for Dropping Point of Lubricating Grease Over Wide Temperature Range.
The Automatic Wide Temperature Range Dropping Point Tester for Lubricating Greases is applicable to the automatic determination of lubricating grease dropping point when its first drop reaches the bottom of the test tube.
Features:
1. 7 Inch LCD touch screen HMI with beautiful outlook design. Full English operating system is stalled. Instruction interfaces are clearly displayed to provide guide for test completion.
2. High-performance microprocessor as core of MCU, fully automatic control throughout the whole test procedures.
3. Highly integrated bench top instrument with multiple functions.
4. Specially designed photoelectric sensor for dropping point detection with high sensitivity and fast response.
5. It features double sample holes, single test or dual tests can be performed. Fast temperature rising rate with ±1ºC metal bath temperature accuracy. It features fault self-diagnosis system and reminder functions.
6. Automatic test results and experiments number saving functions with auto test results printing.
7. User-friendly and easy -to-operate, average test time is less than 2 mins.
