Feeding Channel Application: Rail of feeding material.
Components: Supporting rectangular tube, rack, linear guide, conveyor roller, etc. (YJX1616) are driven by dual linear guides, and the rest are driven by single linear guides)
Feeding trolley Application: Feeding raw materials into the host machine for processing along the feeding channel.
Drive mode: Panasonic servo motor driving.
Transmission mode: precision gear, rack, linear guide, and servo high-precision positioning transmission.
Typing unit  Application: Used to stamp the outside of one limb of the angle beam profile.
The typing body is a frame body with good rigidity. In order to satisfy the processing range of the machine with add a manual adjustment mechanism, which can be used to change the down position (The head position) of the moving body to adapt to the typing position of angles of different specifications.
Punching unit Application: Used to punch holes on the sides of angle beam profile.
Components: It is composed of punching cylinder, column plate, mold base, Bracket, indenter, worktable, etc.
 There are two or three sets of punching dies on each side, and two or three punches with different diameters can be installed.
Traverse mechanism Application: It is used to drive the mold base to move along the screw direction to control the punching criterion.
Drive mode: Panasonic servo motor drive.
Transmission mode: precision screw transmission.
Protection measures: Dust-proof bearings are used in the bearing housing, and the sheet metal shield prevents the servo motor from being polluted by dust.
Model selection mechanism Application: It is used to select the die position for punching of the corresponding die position.
     Each side of the punching unit can be equipped with two or three different specifications of punches, and each punch is equipped with a cylinder. A cushion block is connected to the cylinder piston rod, and the cushion block is installed between the punch rod and the cylinder pressure head. According to computer instructions, the punch is automatically selected, that is, the corresponding cylinder is selected to push the corresponding cushion.

Punching and pressing device

 
 Application: Used to press the Angle steel when punching, so that the hole out of the precise position.
Components: It is composed of pressing cylinder, pressing fork, turning arm, twisting shaft, etc.
 

Retainer device

 
 Application: Used for lifting Angle steel to prevent raw materials from colliding with datum surface inside main engine.
When the Angle is fed into the main engine from the feed passage, the cylinder extends out to lift the Angle, and when punching or shearing, the cylinder returns, and the Angle falls to the datum.
Shearing unit Application: For cutting Angle steel.
Components: by the shear gantry, shear cylinder, shear knife box.
CNC electrical cabinet Application: Control system.
Components: by the upper computer, power supply, servo amplifier, transformer, PLC module, etc.

  1. Added anti-collision material device
An anti-collision device is added to the feed inlet of the main machine to avoid the disadvantage that the small angle steel cannot be fed normally due to deformation. During processing, the machine will not be shut down due to material hitting the machine, thereby improving production efficiency.
3) Equipped with high-speed electrical and hydraulic systems
The production line is equipped with high-speed hydraulic and electrical systems. Compared with the original system, the execution speed is higher. It can be 3-4 times faster than the original angle steel line, which provides sufficient conditions for high-speed punching.
The hydraulic system of this line adopts double accumulators and is equipped with a special cooling system, which will not cause excessive temperature rise in long-term use.
In terms of electrical system, the power distribution cabinet and the operation cabinet are combined into one, which not only reduces the intermediate connection, reduces the space occupation, but also reduces the equipment failure rate and improves the appearance quality of the equipment. In addition, the electrical control interface adopts a more user-friendly full-process monitoring interface, which greatly simplifies the operation.
4)The feeding trolley adopts precision linear guide rail and precision gear rack drive.
The CNC feeding trolley of this production line adopts precision linear guide rail and precision gear rack drive. The linear guide has high guiding precision, small guiding gap, long service life, no adjustment during use, and simple maintenance. The rack and pinion of the CNC trolley of this production line adopts high-precision products, and the surface has been specially treated, so long-term use is very small. Adjusting the gap after wear can restore the original accuracy.
5)The shearing unit adopts a single-edge shearing method
The shearing unit adopts a single-edge shearing method. In this way, the cost of use is reduced to the maximum extent for users. Because, in principle, compared with double shears, single shears have higher material utilization, better shear fracture quality, and lower blade usage costs.
