Our pellet cat litter product manufacture line is a complete set of material crushing, mixing and
granulation as one unit, covering a small area, easy installation and reasonable price.
The whole production line includes granulator, mixing machine, lifting equipment (bucket
elevator or spiral elevator), cooling equipment, vibrating screen, dryer, packaging machine.
It specializes in processing bentonite, bean dregs, tofu dregs, pea dregs, corn dregs, corn
starch litter granules. It can adjustable particle diameter size.

Production flow of Pellet Cat Litter Product manufacture line
Step 1.Mixing process---feed mixer The feed mixer we have are single shaft double screw mixer, double
shaft paddle mixer, vertical mixer. The process is used to mixed the crushed materials with higher unifomity.
Step 2. Pellet making process---feed pellet mill We have five models of feed pellet mill for your choice.
This process is to press the pellets out.
Step 3.Pellet cooling process---counterflow cooler The newly pressed pellets are very high in temperature.
This process is to cool the pellets to ±3-5ºC of the room temperature.

Step 4. Packing process -----packaging machine This process is to pack the pellets into bags which is
conveninet for storage and transportation.
