We are China leading coated abrasive manufacturing producing coated abrasive such as abrasive cloth and abrasive paper.
We have 3 abrasive cloth production line and one of them are from Germany peter Schwabe.
We have 3 abrasive paper production line and one of them is from Italy IMT.
We have 4 flexing machine and one of them is from Italy Maternini.

1. we have Strong R&D capability.The R&D center of the group company has five departments: abrasive materials research room, product testing center, polymer materials research room, intelligence room and ninth workshop. There are more than 50 R&D teams, most of them have college degree or above. The Group has established a production-university-research cooperation base with Nanjing Forestry University and Henan University of Technology, and approved the construction of "Jiangsu New Composite Grinding Materials and Products Engineering Technology Research Center" in April 2010. At the same time, it is actively setting up academician workstation with Mr. Tang Yuqi, academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences, joined by the R&D team of Peking University, with strong technical strength.
The R&D center mainly studies the manufacturing technology, grinding performance, properties of coated abrasives and polymer resin materials;such as electrostatic sand planter, belt grinder, electric coating machine, surface grinder and so on . at the same time, the universities can help us to check the quality of coated abrasives. it can meet the requirements of company's internal testing , and also can provide customers with a variety of technical services and support.
2. Product Testing
2.1 Raw meterial testing
The company has passed ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System Certification and IS014001 Environmental Management System Certification successively. so our company strictly use the quality management system of ISO 9001:2000, to test the main materials of each supplier (resin, raw paper, abrasives, etc.) before warehousing. Only the raw materials that meet the standards we will let it into our warehouse.
2.2 Production Process Inspection
In order to ensure the quality of abrasive belt, we monitor the production process in real time according to the amount of base glue, sand planting, compound glue and solidification degree, and adjust them timely when needed, so as to ensure the quality of the final product
2.3 Making inspection before delivery
Before delivery, it is necessary to inspect the performance of the product mainly including size, appearance , grinding performance, breaking strength, elongation and so on, in order to meet the needs of different products and different uses.
