The production process: 
The treatment equipment for softening water is connected with water faucet to make treated water flow into mixing tank. At same time, the raw materials are gradually put into mixing tank to begin production. When the production is finished, the liquid soap will be transported to storage tank. The filling machine is connected with storage tank. Meanwhile, an air pump is connected with filling machine. The worker set the outlet volume for filling machine in advance, a certain volume of liquid soap can flow into the bottle. The detail formula and production process will be supplied when buyer buy this liquid soap production line.

Product Features
1.   The mixing tank is made of all stainless steel materials. Its inner wall is made of high-quality 316L stainless steel (The part in contact with the material). The tank and pipe are mirror polished. Complying with GMP requirements and specifications.
2.   The equipment consists of a stainless steel electric control cabinet and a main pot. The whole machine has a compact structure and it is easy to operate.
3.   You can configure heating pot and cooling pot separately according to actual requirements. The materials can be heated or cooled according to process requirements. The heating method can be steam heating or electric heating.
4.   There are various types of durable agitator blade, with strong mixing strength. It is suitable for the production of different products.
5.   The motor is equipped with an advanced frequency converter, which can adjust the stirring speed according to production requirements.
6.   You can choose to configure a AES dissolver to accelerate material dissolution and emulsification. It can save time and labor for you.
7.   The stainless steel electric control cabinet can comprehensively monitor its operation, and it can display data, such as temperature and stirring speed, etc.

How does open mixing tank work?
During the mixing operation, the anchor agitator rotates clockwise slowly driving the materials move along the wall. When the liquid meets the baffles, some change the moving direction and some pass the baffles from around.
The left part of the anchor mixer moves the liquid upwards and the right part moves it downwards. Because of the two opposite forces by the agitator, the liquid rolls over the vessel from top to bottom and back to top repeatedly. When the liquid is completely mixed and blended, the heat from the jacket is quickly transferred to every part through the inside wall.
