2021 new high speed Slant bed type CNC Lathe Machine

The main performance characteristics:
DL Series Slant Bed CNC Lathe is a semi closed Loop CNC lathe with two axes. The main body of the machine is made of cast iron. The slant layout of the lathe bed makes it have a high rigidity. With the FANUC numerical control system (or CNC system of .ther fam.us brands) and driven by AC servo, the lathe can make turning machining to various kinds of shaft parts and disc parts. 
Application:

  1.  Structure:
    * The machine bed and stand of this CNC double-spindle lathe adopt box-shaped structure and high
       rigidity MEHANITE iron (HT-300), one-piece cast casting technology, which is machined by imported
       high-precision five-side machining center in a single set-up, with the features of overall rigidity, good
       stable accuracy and high reliability.
    * Adopts high rigidity 45 degree hatchback bed, chip easily, and the bed rail is treated by the intermediate
       frequency quenched and precision grinding, with good precision, suitable for heavy cutting.
    * The sliding surface of carriage is plastic covered, making the feeding system rigidity, friction and other
       dynamic & static properties keep in the best condition.
    * Equipped with a separated water sink, to eliminate the leakage completely, and easy maintenance.
    * Wide type hard guide way design, the size od guide ways are:
       Main guide way: 1860x80x50mm, width between guideways: 205mm;
       Sub guide way: 1495x104.5x40mm, width between guideways: 170mm;

    2.Toolpost:
    The machine is equipped with Italy DUPLOMATIC 12 stations servo toolpost, the tool holder can be
    exchanged in any position within the VDI plate.
    * The toolpost can rotate to change tools casually, has features of fast and steady tool changing.
    * The toolpost repeat positioning accuracy is ± 2".

     

3.Spindle & Sub-spindle:
* The high rigidity spindle structure adopts chromium-molybdenum alloy steel with large diameter P4
   level (JIS) high precision cylindrical roller bearings and high-speed angular ball bearing (Japan NSK
   Bearings, spindle bearing diameter 130mm, sub-spindle bearing diameter 110mm), front-end fixed,
   rear floating support, can bear radial, axial and synthetic load.
* Main spindle nose ISO A2-8, spindle inner hole taper 1: 20, bulk size f92mm;
   Sub-spindle nose ISO A2-6, spindle inner hole taper 1: 20, bulk size f72mm;
* Spindle inner grease lubrication ensure the high speed spindle speed operation smoothly.
* Main spindle & Sub-spindle motor adopt Japanese FANUC a30/6000i P-type &a18/6000i P-type wide-
   area high-performance AC servo motors, variable speed, with power 18.5/15KW & 11/9KW, large and
   wide range output torque; When low speed, the high torque output is suitable for heavy cutting.
* Gearless headstock structure of main and sub spindle box significantly reduce the noise and vibration,
   the spindle motor and spindle are connected with high toughness synchronous toothed belt to prevent
   slipping; Make silencers treatment with belt pulley, reduce the high-speed heavy cutting noise to the
   minimum.
