Q1:Are you a factory or trading company?
Qingyu is a Industrial and Trading Company ,we have a factory to  do a final packing and inspection to insure the quality.

Q2:Can i get a sample?
Certainly. We can provide on stock samples for free, but you need to pay the shipping cost or you can provide us a express account. You will get the sample within 3-5 days.

Q3.How much for a custom sample? How long I can get the sample?
In general, the sample cost for normal custom sticker is $50-$200.You will get the sample in 1 week.Sample cost is refundable when you place the big order!

Q4:What is your minimum orders?
The minimum order is 2000-5000 pcs per type and size are required for the initial order, but small quntity is welcome!

Q5: How quickly can they be produced?
Our normal turn around time for printed standard product is 12-30 days from the date the order is placed.

Q6: What file format do you need?
To ensure the best quality, we need files in a resolution of minimum 300 dpi. AI,PDF both ok.

Q7: Can you send me a digital proof before my order is printed?
Absolutely! Within one business day of placing your order, you will receive a digital proof depicting what your logo will look like when printed on the product ordered.
