WSP series automatic sleeve wrapper & shrinker ( sleeve wrapper Shrinker ) is suitable for wrapping products such as pop-cans, bottles, etc, with bottom-tray or without bottom-tray, working with PE-film shrink tunnel.

Description,

1. This machine electronic control device adopts well-known brand, improve machine runnimg reliability.
2. Shrink tunnels dual-blower operation, airflow cross-rotation to reach the furnace temperature uniformity.
3. In-furnace transport adopts Japan Teflon mesh belt convey, steady and temperature-resisting.
4. Heating adopts pulse compensation, temperature stability and electricity saving.

Feature:
1. Packaging Seed adjustable by inverter
2. Bottle entering, Auto unscrambling bottle, Pushing bottle, Heat sealing-Saw cutting, Pressing PE, Shrink, Cooling.
3. This machine applies air-stirring mechanism in pushing bottle and hot sealing-cool cutting. It uses flat silk pulse seal, the saw tooth knife cuts, the unique heat seal-cool cut mechanism, has guaranteed the packing agglutination, reliable, and artistic.
4. Automatic unscrambling bottle's appliance makes bottle changing more quickly and conveniently.

5. Delivering film mechanism and the tensity voluntarily adjusts.
6. PLC programmable procedure control system.
7. Double air blowers, guarantees the temperature balance in the shrink stove with PAD temperature controller, that apparently saves energy.
8. It applies wing shape stainless steel heating system, which is durable for long time use.
9. The heatproof Bolivian filament special fluorine dragon transportation net belt is used in shrink part to ensure the steady of transportation and high strengthen wear proof.

10. This machine applies invert speed control net belt conveying mechanism.
11. The height of the conveyer shall be made towards client's demand.
12. The direction of bottle entering can be adjusted according to client's demand.

Q:How can I install my machine when the filling machine arrives?
A:We will send the engineers to help you install and test the machines , but the Visa fee, round tickets, accommodation, eating, and the allowance of 100 USD per day per person will be on customer's side.
Or the customer can send the engineer to our company to complete the inspection of the goods, as well as the installation and training lessons ,but the Visa fee, round tickets, accommodation, eating, and the allowance will be paid by customers .

Q:What's your guarantee or the warranty of the quality of the filling machine ?
A:We offer you high quality machines with 1 years guarantee . we will give u free spare parts in 1 years.
If during the warranty period, the quality or specification of the goods is found to be inconsistent with the contractual
requirements, or if the goods are found to be defective (including potential defects or the use of unqualified materials, etc.), the buyer has the right to use the inspection documents issued by the statutory authority. During the warranty period of the goods, the buyer shall make a claim against the seller.

Q:Where is your company located ?How can i visit there?
A:Our factory is located in zhangjiagang City,Jiangsu Province,China.
You can fly to Shanghai Pudong International Airport and we are warmly welcome to visit us.(Provide pick-up service.)

A:We have no sample.we will send you more pictures and video about this machine,and welcome to visit our factory to see the machine running in the factory.
