Never Worn: SWV series rotors drive by Class AGMA 14 synchromesh gears and sealed by RO water. No contact,friction and never worn between the rotors. The efficiency will not reduce over time.

Low running cost:  Water softener is standard configuration for SWV series. Domestic water can direct be used. The convenient and economical design greatly reduces your running cost.

Less Maintenance cost: PTFE paint coat and synchromesh gears design made the rotors corrosion resistance. Less maintenance parts and no need replace the rotors cost lower than the traditional oil-free compressors.

High-efficiency cooling flows

Utilize special designing cooling fan to improve the cooling results which make the compressor working at the ideal temperature. Utilize the special designing fan blade to reduce noise.

Isothermal Compression

For theoretically adiabatic compression, inlet air at 20ºC can be compressed at 0.7MPa with over 250ºC temperature. For SWV series, with injected RO water as coolant, the temperature of compression chamber can be cool down in high efficiency and isothermal.

VSD Control

Through VSD control, make the motor start smoothly and effectively avoid the peak current to reduce the impact of electronic parts. Lengthen contactor, motor and airend service life.

Stable Pressure Compressed air system

Fast response to air demand change keeps working pressure constant within ±0.1kg/cm2 Additionally required in traditional load/unload control compressor units due to pressure difference setting of 1~2kg/cm. Therefore VFD control can reduce the energy consumption.

Linear operating and output

Linear inverter control output can be achieved, depending on the demand of load and can save up to 35% energy consumption.
