Warranty Service Rims bought from our company can be warranty for 1 year .Even for carbon rims, please use your bicycle in a correct way, dont crack the rims on purpose just to test its stiffness and then ask for a warranty, we dont accept the man-made sabotage. For normal breaking of rim, please send detailed broken photos including id number beside the valve holes.We will replace a new rim for you .
